Return and Refund Policy

At Interstellar Collections, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order email info@interstellarcollections.com. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Items exempt from being returned include personalized items, and gift cards.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@interstellarcollections.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Returns:

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you may be eligible for full refund, store credit or a gift card, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify or update our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
